The hotel had a lovely, charming decor that reminded me of the cozy homes I grew up in. Everything was tastefully decorated and gave a warm, welcoming feeling. The general areas, such as the lounge and dining room, were easily accessible for senior people like myself. I didn't have to climb any stairs or navigate through narrow hallways, which made my stay very comfortable.
I would have liked to see more assistance from the staff in accommodating the needs of senior guests. The children working there were friendly, but sometimes they seemed a bit inexperienced when it came to providing extra support for older individuals.

Despite some minor drawbacks, my Christmas stay at this hotel was overall a pleasant experience. The location was idyllic, surrounded by beautiful countryside and offering stunning views of the valley. The peaceful and quiet atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. the room was spacious and modern, with a well-equipped and luxurious bathroom. The private entrance and parking were convenient features that added to the overall comfort of the stay.
There were a few negative aspects that affected my experience. the breakfast offered was quite underwhelming for the price.
